Artwork Guidlines

Quick Preflight Checklist

Before sending artwork, take a moment to ensure your files are print-ready. This helps us produce your order quickly, accurately, and beautifully.

File Formats

  • AI (preferred), PSD, INDD, high-res PDF, EPS
  • Canva → export as PDF for Print with bleed & trim marks
  • Word/Publisher/CorelDraw → export as high-res PDF
  • Include a reference PDF

Bleed & Die Line

  • 1/8” bleed on all sides
  • Keep important text 1/16” inside the die
  • Die line on its own layer, named “Die”, set to Overprint

Fonts

  • Convert fonts to outlines/paths
  • Or include the font files (TTF/OTF)

Images

  • 300 dpi or higher
  • CMYK preferred
  • PSD, TIFF, JPEG, PNG accepted

Color Setup

  • CMYK or Pantone spot colors
  • Opaque white as spot color “OP White”
  • Black text = 100% K (use Rich Black only when intended)

Final Check

  • Artwork is correct size
  • No hidden layers or RGB elements
  • All spelling and content verified
