Artwork Guidlines
Quick Preflight Checklist
Before sending artwork, take a moment to ensure your files are print-ready. This helps us produce your order quickly, accurately, and beautifully.
File Formats
- AI (preferred), PSD, INDD, high-res PDF, EPS
- Canva → export as PDF for Print with bleed & trim marks
- Word/Publisher/CorelDraw → export as high-res PDF
- Include a reference PDF
Bleed & Die Line
- 1/8” bleed on all sides
- Keep important text 1/16” inside the die
- Die line on its own layer, named “Die”, set to Overprint
Fonts
- Convert fonts to outlines/paths
- Or include the font files (TTF/OTF)
Images
- 300 dpi or higher
- CMYK preferred
- PSD, TIFF, JPEG, PNG accepted
Color Setup
- CMYK or Pantone spot colors
- Opaque white as spot color “OP White”
- Black text = 100% K (use Rich Black only when intended)
Final Check
- Artwork is correct size
- No hidden layers or RGB elements
- All spelling and content verified
